All meetings are held at the Town Council Palmer St offices except the Full Council meetings which are held at various venues in the town including the Assembly Rooms on Christchurch St West, Selwood School or the Cheese and Grain.  Dates and times are occasionally subject to change, the exact details of all meetings are posted a week in advance on the Town Council notice board and in the Town Council office window.  Please note that the cut off date for the agenda items is 7 days before the date of the meeting. 

All members of the public are welcome to attend any meeting of the council or its committees.  On the agenda there is always 15 minutes included for members of the public to speak and make comments.
