Council Decisions

Many decisions are made by Councillors in Council meetings which ultimately shape the town of Frome and affect what happens in the town which you live. The formal minutes of the meetings note the resolutions and agreements made by Full Council and its Committees. These minutes can be found under the relevant meeting on the What's On calendar - please click here to access the calendar.

A summary of the decisions made is also held on a separate database which monitors the progress of the decisions made. These decisions are agreed by Full Council or Committee, a single Councillor can not make a decision in his or her own right. The decisions made are then passed to Officers of the Council to proceed with, sometimes this may also include some involvment from individuals or organisations within the town.
