Chief Executive / Town Clerk / Responsible Finance Officer
Vernon acts as the Proper Offcer of the Council and has the responsibility of ensuring the Council acts lawfully when making decisions, and when undertaking its adminstrative and financial functions. He has overall managemnet of the staff body.
Economic Development & Regeneration Manager - currently vacant, interviews being held
The purpose of this role is to deliver sustainable, economic, physical and social initiatives across the town. The post holder will have both a strategic and operational function and operate within an understanding of Economic Development covering human and environmental economies as well as conventional business economy.

Administration & Projects Manager
Anji manages all aspects of the Council's administration systems including the Customer Services Team. In addition she supports, manages and implements projects enabling the Council to deliver its published strategy and key objectives.

Town Centre Manager
Karen's focus is to improve the appearance, vitality and viability of the town centre in partnership with all key stakeholders by developing and delivering a range of town centre enhancements, business support and marketing improvements.

Finance Officer
Jackie assists the Responsible Finance Officer in undertaking all the day-to-day aspects of finance, payroll and personnel administration.

Planning & Development Officer
Jane's primary focus at the moment is the development of the Neighbourhood Plan which is one of the most important and influential reports that the town is likely to produce.

Community Engagement Officer
Paul is responsible for delivering sustainable, physical and social initiatives across the town. His role is key to the evolution of Frome as a resilient and thriving town and will involve increased consultation and interaction with residents, businesses and community groups.

Customer Services Advisors
These ladies are the Council's public interface providing comprehensive information to residents, visitors and investors whether by phone, email or in person. They are located at our Information Centre in Frome Library. They also provide administrative and clerical support to the Chief Executive, Town Mayor and Members of the Town Council.
Lyndsey Haines
Office Apprentice
This role has been created to give a young person the opportunity to attain a full AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) finance qualification whilst developing on-the-job skills in local government administration and finance. Lyndsey has just been successful in her application for this post and will join the Council team on 11th June.

Grounds and Properties Manager
Simon heads up a small Outside Services Team that maintains the Council's property, green open spaces and keeps the town blooming. He is based in the Victoria Park Office and is ably supported by Steve Applegate, Kevin Matthews, Caroline Stevens, Emrys Davies, Jamie Thomas and Trevor Elms.
